Returns & Refunds Policy

• Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
• Damaged or faulty items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@barometerbooks.com within 24 hours of receipt with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Incorrect or Missing Items

• If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
